CANCELLATION, RE-SCHEDULE, REFUND, and PURCHASES POLICIES   


  • ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS ON GIFT CERTIFICATES, ITEMS, MONEY, SERVICES or PACKAGES.  

  • All appointments required 24-hour cancellation; $25 penalty fee applies. To re-schedule or cancel an appointment a 24-hour cancellation notice must be given.  

  • Gift certificates are not redeemable after the expiration date indicated on the gift certificate. 

  • Unopened items may be returned within 10 days with proof of purchase as required by Esthetique in order for any exchanges and/or refunds to be given. 

  • We cannot accept returns of any products, opened or unopened, that have passed the product's expiration date.
 
  • To reschedule or cancel an appointment a 24-hour cancellation notice must be given. 

  • Esthetique™ does provide a courtesy email confirmation or text message before the scheduled appointment*. Therefore, we ask that you extend the same courtesy by providing 24 hours notice for a cancellation. When a client does not show for their scheduled appointment, we do not have the opportunity to fill that time slot with another client, causing our business to lose money. 

  • If a client has changed their email, phone number, has a full mailbox, or does not receive our message we still require a 24-hour notification for an appointment cancellation.
